Terms and Conditions:
- Rates are inclusive of taxes and service charge.
- Full payment for the voucher is required upon purchase. Voucher will be issued after receipt of payment.
- The vouchers are valid for stays from 15 January 2022 until 30 December 2023.
- Maximum of three (3) vouchers per stay.
- Reservations are required prior to stay or usage of voucher, subject to room availability and prevailing government guidelines on travel and leisure stays.
- Black-out dates apply for all room categories:
- 24, 25, 26 and 31 December 2022
- 1 January 2023
- 5 to 9 April 2023
- 24, 25, 26, and 31 December 2023
- Maximum of two (2) children 12 years old and below may stay with their family free of charge using existing bedding. Child policy is subject to government guidelines.
- Extra person charge of PHP 1,500 nett per night, inclusive of extra bed. Extra person policy is subject to government guidelines.
- Bookings using vouchers are rebookable within the period of use.
- Bookings using vouchers may be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours before arrival without penalty.
- The voucher is non-refundable; non-convertible to cash, credit, or other goods and services.
- The voucher is fully transferable.
- The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, offers, privileges, or promotions.
