Our yoga classes are led by experienced certified yoga instructor, Karina Dayrit. With over 5,000 classes taught, Karina brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to guide you on your yoga journey. She is a 350-hour certified yoga teacher with expertise in Ashtanga-Vinyasa, Enhanced Hatha, Yoga Therapy, and Yin Yoga. In addition, she is a Level 1 Animal Flow Instructor, incorporating various movement disciplines into her practice. Her belief is that “motion is lotion for the body and stillness is realness.”
