The Hub Series at Flame with The Write Mind presents two writing workshops for food and wine enthusiasts. Each class aims to improve story-telling skills of the participants using heirloom dishes, home grown flavors and wine appreciation as a starting point.
The Filipino Food Connection

In celebration of the Filipino Food Month, The Filipino Food Connection is a food writing workshop that highlights our local cuisine and aims to improve story-telling skills of the participants using heirloom dishes and home grown flavors by delving into nuances, history, personal memories, cooking techniques, and more as a starting point. Two culinary icons, both very much respected in their fields, will share their passion and experiences on Filipino cuisine.

About The Write Mind
The Write Mind (TWM), a division of Courage Asia, specializes in conducting writing workshops in and around Metro Manila. It started as a request from Editors lamenting on the lack of good writers to tap for their publication needs. The vision of TWM is to launch writers in their chosen field of interest.
