VALENTINE SET MENUS
Restaurant Tapenade welcomes guests to the enticing aromas of Mediterranean cuisines. A 4-course Valentine dinner inspired by the dreamy and romantic cities of Spain and Italy will be offered from 12 to 14 February 2022. The set menu features rich and flavorful dishes including Baked Oysters, Risotto Carbonara, Slow-Roasted US Beef, and Molten Chocolate Tart for only PHP1,800++ per person.
For an outdoor dining experience, Flame Al Fresco offers a safe and intimate venue overlooking the metro’s picturesque skyline. Guests are invited to dine under the stars on 12 and 14 February 2022, and to partake in a specially curated 5-course set menu. The intricate and wonderful flavors of modern Asian fare shine throughout the meal, with dishes such as a Tuna Ribbons salad, creamy Cauliflower Velouté, delicately Steamed Black Grouper, Josper-Grilled Rib Eye with a Japanese-inspired accompaniment, and a Molten Chocolate Cheesecake to finish. Flame Al Fresco’s Valentine Set Menu is offered at PHP2,800++ per person.
Guests availing of the Valentine Set Menus at either restaurant will be treated to a box of Chocolate-Espresso Madeleines, with compliments of Discovery Primea.
PRIMEA AT HOME: JE T’AIME
Valentine’s Day is the perfect occasion to spoil your sweetheart with a cozy and romantic dinner date at home. The Primea At Home: Je T’aime kit features a sumptuous French multi-course feast for two. Spend quality time together while enjoying a medley of bistro-style Croquetas and Crostinis, Salad Niçoise, Petite US Bistro Beef Roast with sides, and a delightful Flourless Chocolate Cake.
Priced at PHP5,000 nett, the kit is available from 11 to 14 February 2022, with complimentary Chocolate-Espresso Madeleines. A bottle of Villa des Causses Malbec 2019 may be added for PHP1,800 nett.
