Upon arrival, our receptionist will conduct a brief consultation to ensure that the best treatment is offered. Kindly advise if you have any health considerations.
There is no need to bring, or wear any special clothing.
We recommend booking ahead of your desired schedule. Please call or visit Terazi should you wish to discuss your personalized treatment.
Arriving on time
We request that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. In the event that you are running late, we will endeavor to conduct your full treatment. However, please note that the treatments may be shortened should there be another booking scheduled immediately after yours.
To preserve the serenity within the spa, we request that mobile phones are turned off or put on silent mode.
We appreciate that going to a spa is a very personal experience. Please let your therapist know if there is any way we can improve your comfort during the treatment.
We request a minimum of four (4) hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Please call the spa and we will be happy to reschedule. No-shows or appointments cancelled within the four (4) hour period will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
For in-house guests, treatments can be charged to their room folio. Walk-ins can pay thru cash or credit card.
