Cross Cultures by Cheryl Tiu is bringing Asia’s Best Female Chef 2019 Garima Arora of Gaa to Manila on September 3 and 4, 2019 for two exclusive and indulgent dining affairs at Flame restaurant.
Garima, born in Mumbai, is also the first Indian woman to receive a Michelin star and she is taking over Flame restaurant at Discovery Primea to bring us a taste of her modern tasting menus using traditional Indian techniques – which have brought Gaa in Bangkok to the spotlight.
The 10-course dinner is offered at PHP6,500++ per person, and features exciting Gaa signature dishes prepared by Garima and her team, paired with wines.
