We know the world we live in now requires more care and attention to detail. When you step into Discovery Primea, we want to be your Safe Haven. We want you to be able to breathe easily when you are home with us. To do so, please be informed of the strict measures that we have implemented for the safety of our community.
Arrival
Hotel Transportation Service
- Drivers are required to wear their face masks at all times.
Upon Entry
The following safety protocols are in place to protect our guests and associates:
- Guests are highly encouraged to wear face masks while in the property’s public areas.
- A sanitizing station is available at the hotel’s entrance for guests to use before entering the hotel.
- Guests must undergo a temperature scan before entry.
- Guests with a temperature above 37.5°C will be asked to take a seat in a designated area to allow their body temperature to cool. The guest’s temperature will be taken again in five (5) minutes. If the temperature remains above the normal range, the guest will be directed to the isolation room, where they will be assisted in arranging transportation to depart the property.
Checking-in
- Front office associates must wear proper face masks at all times.
- Key cards are sanitized and placed in a tray before being handed over to the guest.
Checking-out
- Guests may opt to check out the evening before departure or early morning on the day of departure.
- Guests who require transportation assistance must inform the Concierge at least 30 minutes before departure.
Guestrooms
Sanitizing Procedure
- Room sanitation is maintained by wiping surfaces with a disinfectant solution, as well as using misting machines and UV lights.
- High-touch areas, such as door knobs, remote controls, and telephones, are disinfected regularly.
Set-Up
- Sanitation kits which include alcohol-based hand sanitizer and face masks are provided upon request.
In-room Dining
- Chefs and servers are required to wear PPE when handling and delivering food.
- Cutleries are thoroughly sanitized.
Public Areas
- Hand sanitizing stations are located in easily accessible areas throughout the hotel.
- Digital signages with safety reminders are visible on screens around the hotel.
- Lift buttons, door knobs, faucets, and other frequently touched areas are sanitized regularly.
Dining
- Chefs and servers are required to wear proper PPEs.
- Cutleries are thoroughly sanitized.
- Alcohol sanitizers are available for guest use at the entrances to dining areas.
- QR code menus are available for guests’ convenience, and a hard copy of the menu is available upon request.
