Edge takes unwinding a notch higher with unlimited prosecco daily from 5 PM to 9 PM priced at PHP1,500++ per person. Guests can create their own free-flowing prosecco cocktails with a selection of fruit juices and mixers.
To accompany the bubbly cocktails, Edge is also offering a curated selection of cold and hot pica pica items such as Parmesan Spheres with tomato sofrito, Foie Gras Macarons, Kataifi Prawns with guacamole and salsa brava, and Wagyu Beef with sesame oil and madeira-mirin.
Not to be forgotten is the hotel’s well-known Gin Library at the ground floor. Considered as what blazed the trail for gin appreciation in Manila, Gilarmi Lounge’s repertoire features a vast assortment of more than 70 gins from around the world, ranging from cult favorites to rare labels, and local brews to imported brands. The Premium tier is priced at PHP800++ per person and comes with free-flowing gins, tonics, botanicals, and a selection of mixers from 5 PM to 9 PM on weekdays. Access to all gins including Deluxe labels is offered at PHP1,300++ per person.
Gilarmi Lounge’s food menu highlights a selection of the hotel’s signature brick oven pizzas including the Gilarmi, Salumi, Quattro Formaggi, and Margherita, which are offered with a 30% discount during the Gin Library hours. Also available to guests are Filipino fare such as Sisig Riles, Crisp Fried Vegetarian Spring Rolls, and Mini “Pinoy” BBQ.
