Press Release – The Hub Series with The Write Mind Present Write Your Wine Story at Flame

May 2019 – The Hub Series at Flame Restaurant returns for collaborative writing workshops with The Write Mind highlighting food and wine experiences.  In an effort to enhance writers’ skills and inspire the creation of compelling wine stories, The Write Mind led by Alu Aran and The Hub Series invite wine enthusiasts and writers to the Write Your Wine Story – a writing workshop with an exclusive wine tasting session on Saturday, 4 May 2019 from 1 to 5 p.m.

Participants of the Write Your Wine Story workshop may look forward to an exclusive wine tasting session led by Don Revy Wines Philiippines.  Highlighted wine labels include Elderton from the Barossa Valley wineries, Sally’s Paddock, and New Zealand’s Toi Toi wines which are inspired by nature.

Today’s respected food and wine writers CJ Juntereal and Marilen Fontanilla serve as resource speakers, and will share their own experiences on writing about wines and guide the participants through the writing activity.  CJ Juntereal writes “Eat, Girl,” a weekly column in the Manila Bulletin’s Lifestyle section, and is the current President of the International Wine & Food Society Manila Ladies Branch.  Marilen Fontanilla, a professional food writer, was the former Editor-in-Chief of F&B World, and shares her colorful journeys in print and online platforms including ManilaSpeak.com, DinePH.com, Hospitality News Philippines, and more.

Lifely, a homegrown brand offering planners and journals, will be present at the workshop to jumpstart the participants’ foray into writing.
