Makati City, June 2021 – This Father’s Day, the culinary team of Discovery Primea has prepared another memorable at-home meal kit for an instant five-star celebration at home. On this special day, surprise the man of the hour with a French bistro-inspired multicourse feast, as well as a treat specially crafted by our pastry chef.

Bring the charm of a Parisian bistro right at your dinner table. For PHP 5,000 nett, feast on a menu inspired by these quintessential establishments known for its hearty and familiar dishes reminiscent of home. Each kit is good for four to five persons. For an additional PHP 1,800 nett, complement the meal with a delicious bottle of Louis Jadot Beaujolais Village.
Begin the meal with a scrumptious selection of appetizers: Deviled Eggs with marinated roasted peppers, arugula, and crispy capers, Smoked Salmon “Rillettes” with crostini, Bistro Marinated Olives with citrus zest, olive oil and rosemary, Seared Calamari and Arugula Salad with roasted peppers, and Baked Mussels “Mornay” with parmesan crust.
Main course is a mouthwatering serving of U.S. Angus Beef “Petite Roast” with black peppercorn sauce “poivrade”. Choose from a selection of filling side dishes including Potato Gratin Dauphinoise with Emmental cheese, Glazed Haricots Verts with garlic and walnuts, and Glazed Carrots, pearl onions and mushrooms.
Finally, end this spectacular meal with a heavenly “Tarte au Chocolat” with vanilla English cream. Present dad with a special treat made just for him: a box of delicate Brown Butter and Whisky Madeleines.
The at-home meal kit is available on June 18 to 20. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. The kit comes with reheating instructions to guide diners on how to properly warm up their meal at home.
