Established in 1944 by the Linder Family, St Hallett, from the beginning, has understood the importance of saving old vines and focusing on varieties that thrive in the Barossa region – particularly Shiraz. They have established a reputation for making wines with exceptional quality and character, and has achieved a rare distinction as one of Australia’s most respected wine brands. The end result: St Hallett’s Gamekeeper’s Shiraz is a fragrant, medium bodied pinot-esque wine, showing lots of lush plum and cherry flavors up front.
Steak & Wine at Flame Restaurant
St Hallett Gamekeeper’s Shiraz pairs well with a perfectly cooked steak. Enjoy Flame’s hearty Josper grill charcoal-roasted Certified Angus Beef Ribeye, served with a glass of this featured wine for lunch or dinner for PHP3,200++ from July 1 to 31, 2019.

This month’s featured wines include Callaway Sauvignon Blanc, Warwick First Lady Chardonnay, Moulin de Gassac Guilhem Rouge, and Moulin de Gassac Guilhem Blanc. Offered daily from 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
