In contrast, Flame Restaurant in Manila, under Executive Chef Luis Chikiamco, offers a contemporary twist on Asian flavors, enriched by his extensive training and experience in both French and local culinary traditions.

Meet the Chefs
Chef William Mahi: A Michelin-starred French-Basque chef, currently leading the kitchen at Jing in The Peninsula Beijing. Chef Mahi’s career includes collaborations with renowned chefs such as Alain Ducasse and Joel Robuchon, showcasing his expertise in modern French gastronomy.
Chef Luis J. Chikiamco: Executive Chef of Discovery Primea, with a rich background in France, Mexico, and the Philippines. A graduate of L’Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France, Chef Luis is acclaimed for his contemporary approach to Asian cuisine.
