Experience an exciting and unique evening of exquisite food brought about through the spirit of collaboration and brotherhood across Asian nations through the collaborative efforts of four of Asia’s best chefs:
Vicky Cheng of Michelin-starred VEA Restaurant and Lounge in Hong Kong,
Woo Wai Leong of MasterChef Asia fame and soon to open Restaurant Ibid in Singapore,
Margarita Forés, awarded Asia’s Best Female Chef by 50 Best Restaurants Asia,
and Luis Chikiamco, Executive Chef of Discovery Primea.
With an 8-course menu, each chef is responsible for 2 dishes throughout the evening. As part of the ACE’s advocacy to highlight local ingredients, fresh produce will be provided by Costales Nature Farms, Agrea Farm Estate, and Sonrisa Farm.
