Here, guests are invited to enjoy a safe and relaxed al fresco dining experience, with gastronomic creations from the property’s culinary team led by executive chef Luis Chikiamco, and innovative drinks from the hotel’s head bartender Lennon Aguilar.
Edge’s curated selection of bar chow is inspired by a world of flavors: Italian, Latin American, Korean, and local cuisines. These are showcase dishes with refined techniques, for evolving palates.
The bar serves conversation pieces in the form of creatively crafted cocktails and contemporary mixology. The drinks are a mix of famous sips, revived classics, playful original creations, and sophisticated mocktails. Home-brewed elements are at the core of Edge’s identity, with specialty infusions a common place.
